This awesome new recipe will delight your taste buds and keep your body in keto if that’s your thing, and best of all your get to use chia seeds, our new favorite ingredient. They will keep you full, provide powerful antioxidants, have plenty of fibe, and will also provide and great flavor that can be added to many of your normal recipes, especially smoothies or pudding. The only downside is that you need to let it sit overnight so be prepared to be patient.
Without further ado, here it is, the one you have been waiting for.
4 TBLS Fresh Chia Seeds
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 TSPS Local Honey
1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries
Place your 4 tablespoons of fresh chia seeds into a medium size bowl and fill with 2 cups of your favorite almond milk and then mix into two teaspoons of warmed local honey. Place it covered in the fridge and let it sit 6 – 8 hours. Remove from the fridge and a layer of fresh raspberries and get ready to enjoy. These also hold very well when refrigerated so go ahead and make a double or triple sized batch, they should be good for a week.
